The Process

Onsite Consultation

We meet with the property owner to tour the property and discuss the scope of the project. This visit will help establish the client’s needs and expectations, dreams and budget. Our designer will make suggestions and/or recommendations to make a collective collaboration for the project. Our client’s have found our expertise is very helpful in guiding them through their landscape projects to successful and happy conclusions. There maybe charges for a formal custom design.

Designing and Estimating

After the consultation we create a landscape plan that reflects your style, preferences and our suggestions/recommendations. Once you are happy with the design it is time to select the materials that best fits your taste and budget in mind. The designer will provide a plan that gives a clear representation of the project. The property owner reviews the drawings and proposed budget, and changes are made if needed. Once the design and budget* are finalized, an agreement is signed and the estimated installation is scheduled.

Installation

Now it is time for the work to begin. The Creative Environment Landscaping team takes great pride in their craftsmanship and it shows in attention to detail that others often overlook. Because landscaping is very dependent on weather and additions/changes to projects there maybe changes to your installation time frame that might occur. We will keep you up to date on when to expect us. Depending on the scope of the project the foreman will introduce themselves and walkthrough the project. The crew will layout the project. If there is any questions or concerns let the foreman know and call the office to keep the project moving forward smoothly. Along with our attention to detail safety is our most important tool for each project. Please be aware of your surroundings, young children and/or pets, please try to keep them away from the construction area.

Final Walk Through and Payment

On the last day of the installation the designer or foreman will attempt a final walkthrough with you before the crew leaves. This is very important because we can address any questions/concerns, make any changes, or repairs that need to be made will the crew is still on site. Payment will be due upon completion of the project.

Protecting Your Investment

We have now completed the project. The first year is very crucial for establishing your plant material and maintaining your landscape to increase its longevity. Eventhough we have installed the project and have left the plants and landscape still need your TLC. Unless your underground irrigation system was designed with a designated plant zone, it won’t give the proper water the plant materials need. We will help you by leaving a care sheet or a printable care sheet from the website. Don’t hesitate to call because we will be happy to answer your questions as they arise.
